Celebrities from the world of entertainment were out in force at the Variety Club Showbusiness Awards 2024, which marks its 75th anniversary this year. Leading the way to support the children’s charity was Amanda Holden, who showed up on the red carpet in a striking white cut-out gown before she took on presenting duties at the bash, which was held at The Londoner Hotel on Leicester Square.

But barely an hour later, Amanda had changed her outfit. The Britain’s Got Talent judge slipped into a plunging black and white dress for the ceremony, during which she urged the room’s famous faces to donate to Variety, which supports disabled and disadvantaged youngsters. The ceremony recognised “remarkable contributions” to show business, and included a silent auction to raise money for the charity.

Capital FM’s Breakfast Show hosts Siân Welby, Jordan North and Chris Stark also came along to join several of their Global colleagues – arriving with the same playful energy fans love during their early morning chats. Her new co-host Jordan looked sharp in a suit and bow tie, while Chris opted for a tweed suit.

Ben Shephard arrived with his former Good Morning Britain co-stars Laura Tobin and Kate Garraway – the latter being recognised with an award later in the evening. Despite joining This Morning earlier this year to present alongside Cat Deeley, Ben assured us that he is still considered very much a part of the GMB story.

Speaking to OK! at the event, Ben said, “Kate’s getting an award tonight so I thought it would be
