HUMONGOUS REAL LIFE

Pamelia J, 26, saw dollar signs when her boobs would just not stop growing...

Busty perfection

Pulling my bra straps over my shoulders, they were undoubtedly tighter.

My boobs were practically spilling out of their cups –Iwas dangerously close to anip slip.

My favourite bra no longer seemed to fit!

Iguess I’ll have to go bra shopping again, I thought.

My boobs had been getting bigger for the past few months.

Ihad no idea why they were suddenly growing but as an OnlyFans creator, some extra breast wasn’t the end of the world.

I’d started my account in 2018 after my partner suggested it to me.

‘I think you’d do really well,’ they’d said.

And so, for the next three years I built up my platform.

Starting off with alot of lingerie shoots, I gradually built myself up –producing content with both men and women on apay per view basis.

Subs loved seeing my big boobs pop out!

Soon Iwas making $30,000 – over £15,000 –ayear. Despite being asmaller creator, I loved the freedom OnlyFans gave me.

Constantly buying bigger bras, it wasn’t long until Iwas spilling out of my new buys.

In just four months I leapt up four cup sizes!

And while Iwas getting an increasingly sore back from the weight, my breasts had no growing pains.

Going from aGto a Jin the first two months, the multiplying paused for six months before Ijumped to aPcup nine months later.

My chest was growing at a rapid rate, and Ihad no idea what was causing it.

‘Your boobs are getting really big,’ family members would tell me. ‘Are you pregnant?’

Only, I wasn’t pregnant. Turning to Google, I searched about my symptoms.

They might be too big!

While I hadn’t been concerned at first, the rate my boobs were growing caused alarm bells in my head.

What if it’s breast cancer? I panicked –my mind was racing with worry.

I decided to see my doctor over Christmas in 2020.

‘I’ve never seen this before,’ they said. ‘I’m going to refer you to asurgeon who specialises in breast surgery.’

In March 2022, Iwent to see the surgeon –and straight away he knew what it was.

‘You have gigantomastia,’ he said. ‘Here, breast growth is rapid and disproportionate.’

Gigantomastia is characterised by breasts that have at least 5lb of breast tissue and extra breast tissue that equals more than 3% of the person’s total bodyweight.

The condition can be caused by puberty and pregnancy, but sometimes can happen completely spontaneously.

‘It’s not curable,’ the surgeon told me. ‘We can do a reduction, but there’s no guarantee th
