Reliant Regal/Rebel
Rory Anderson has the accolade of finding this month’s star treasure trove. Rory’s new job in Bristol takes him past some interesting finds, beginning with a near-extinct 1958 Reliant Regal Mk IVvan alongside a 1968-69 Reliant Rebel 700 estate with wooden panelling (the van didn’t come out until 1971).

Jaguar XJS HE
This sad-looking post-facelift 1993 Jaguar XJS HE rotting away in Bristol’s city centre looks like it needs a good deal more work doing to it if the large plant protruding from its missing front wing is anything to go by.
Porsche 944
Rory spotted this 1989 944 in the north Bristol area of Bradley Stoke. Minor rust repairs and a good polish would bring it back to life, visually at least. It hasn’t been taxed since 2001.

Alfa Romeo 164
This 1994 3.0 24v V6 Super in nearby Patchway hasn’t been on the road for 14 years. Capable of 150mph in its prime, too. Shame.
VW Corrado G60
This 1992 G60 in the Downend area of Bristol has been off the road for several years and needs more than a dab of TLC to bring it back to life.
Bentley R-Type
Dennis LeWorthy unearthed this past-its-prime Bentley R-Type (1952-55) sitting in a carriage shed at Chenonceaux chateau while on holiday in the Loire Valley, France.
