Home & Garden awards

After an abundance of entries, we’ve chosen the worthy recipients of this year’s prizes…

Here at Real Homes, we’re lucky enough to see the very best homes in the country every single day. Since the launch of our awards, we’ve been inundated with photos of your beautiful renovations and redecorations, and the stories that have crafted them. Reading through each and every entry has been an honour, and we are so thankful to you all for opening up your homes and gardens to us. That said, the quality of the entries made it incredibly hard to pick not only the category winners — who all receive a £1,000 prize — but which transformation would earn the ultimate accolade of our Home of the Year award.

From a beautifully modernised Victorian terrace to a colourful and daring house makeover, all of our winners have shown great creativity, a love for interior design and an ingenuity for getting the most out of their money. Each of these elements has resulted in a space that’s impressed every member of the Real Homes team. You can explore them all over the next few issues, and in the meantime, take a peek in this feature of what’s to come…

We love how some of her choices are inspired by her mum’s home, too.
