Do you think your home transformation is so good it deserves a prize? Is your garden update a real showstopper? We’re launching the annual Real Homes Home and Garden awards, and we are on the lookout for inspirational projects of all kinds – inside your home and out. And we’ll showcase the best of them with a photoshoot in the magazine.
There are five categories to enter, so if you have been busy extending, converting, renovating or redecorating to create your dream space, we want to see it. We’re looking for clever solutions to awkward spaces, innovative upscales and budget-saving ideas that prove you can get a luxe look for less.
The winners of each category will receive a £1,000 cash prize and a year’s subscription to Real Homes, and they’ll have their home or garden featured in a professional shoot for the magazine.

THE PRIZES
We’re offering each category winner a huge £1,000 to spend on whatever they want, whether it’s something for the home, or for themselves, as a treat after all their hard work and time spent on DIY or decorating. Each winner will receive a year’s subscription to Real Homes. Finally, all winning and shortlisted entries will be professionally photographed and featured in the pages of Real Homes magazine and online.
HOW TO ENTER
Entering the awards is quick and easy: simply upload your photos and complete the entry form at realhomes.com/awards. The deadline for entries is 23:59 BST on 30 June 2023. All category winners and shortlisted entries will be professionally photographed. You must be able and willing for your home to be photographed and appear in the magazine as well as online.
