Meet the winners

After an abundance of entries and a lot of interiors envy, the Real Homes team has chosen the worthy recipients of this year’s prizes…

Here at Real Homes, we’re lucky enough to see the very best homes in the country every day. Since the launch of this year’s awards, we’ve been inundated with photos of your beautiful renovations and makeovers, and enjoyed the stories behind their transformations. Reading through the entries has been an honour, and we are grateful to you all for opening up your homes and gardens to us.

That said, the quality of the entries made it incredibly hard to pick not only the category winners – who all receive a £1,000 prize – but which one would earn the ultimate accolade of our Home of the Year Award.

From a beautifully modernised Victorian terrace to a colourful and daring house makeover, and a romantically lit, lush-lawned garden, all of our winners have shown great creativity, a love for interior and exterior design, and an ingenuity for getting the most out of their money. Each of these elements has resulted in a space that’s impressed every member of the Real Homes team, and we think you’ll be impressed, too. Congratulations to all of our winners!

From a climbing wall in her kids’ room to making a feature out of an old well hidden in the kitchen, it’s these unique choices that give a home heart, and we love it.
