Is Twixmas really a thing? The seven days between Christmas and New Year is a great source of inspiration for magazine editors, who dream up ideas around capsule wardrobes (A Stylish Twixmas on page 12) or celebratory scenarios (’Tis The Season on page 102). In reality, it’s possibly just another week when many of us are juggling work and family commitments with a few more social events than usual.
Nevertheless, there’s something about the straddling of one year and another that allows for looking back – and forward.
