MAKES 18-20 V GF HANDS-ON TIME 25 mins TOTAL TIME 35 mins, plus chilling and cooling

For the double chocolate chip cookie dough

◆ 60g butter, softened

◆ 50g caster sugar

◆ 50g light brown sugar

◆ ½ medium egg, beaten

◆ ½ tsp vanilla extract

◆ 100g gluten-free self-raising flour

◆ 25g cocoa powder

◆ ¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda

◆ 80g white chocolate chips

For the chocolate chip cookie dough

◆ 60g butter, softened

◆ 50g caster sugar

◆ 50g light brown sugar

◆ ½ medium egg, beaten

◆ ½ tsp vanilla extract

◆ 125g gluten-free self-raising flour

◆ ¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda

◆ 80g milk chocolate chips
