A FEAST FOR ALL THE FAMILY

This year, we decided to make your delicious three-course Greek-style Easter lunch (March). My mum, my sister and I each made one of the courses and the food was enjoyed by all the family. What a lovely change it was having Easter with a Greek twist!

BOOK CLUB BAKES

My book club members are all big fans of the magazine. Not only do we love the recommendations on the Good Reads page, we also love your cake recipes. The apple and Black Forest crumble cake from the April issue received lots of compliments when I baked it for this month’s meeting. The magazine is such a valuable resource.

‘IN THE BOOK’

When my children were small, I used your magazine to create weekly menus. If I made a recipe we particularly liked, someone would call out, ‘In the book!’ and it would be written down in a large notebook – of which there are now several. These days, when my husband asks where a recipe he’s enjoying comes from, the reply is often, ‘The usual place!’
