Georgina Haughton, head of wine buying at Sainsbury’s, shares her favourite bottle for February…

‘If you’re looking for a great-value dry rosé that goes well with food, then Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference Bordeaux Rosé is a brilliant option. This mouthwatering rosé is made by Tutiac, a co-operative that brings together over 500 growers from across the Bordeaux region, and Sainsbury’s winemaker Richard has worked with them for over eight years fine-tuning this blend. It’s made using the merlot grape, so it has lovely juicy red berry flavours as well as a refreshing acidity that makes it great for pairing with food. Try it with shellfish dishes, grilled chicken or even pizza.’

Taste the Difference Bordeaux Rosé 75cl, £8.50
