When life gives you lemons, make lemonade jewellery! Vintage lace combines with a festoon-style design in this classy yet whimsical necklace, and the drop – or, should we say, lemon drop – earrings coordinate beautifully. It’s a set that’s perfect for garden parties, picnics and evenings out.

NOTES

Choker is designer in three sizes: Child, Teen and Adult. A classic close-fit choker is usually 1-5cm smaller than the neck circumference. Earrings are made up of Lemons and Lemon Drops. Lemons are worked from top down and Lemon Drops from bottom up. Keep tension tight to prevent gaps. Parts of this pattern are worked using the amigurumi method. Work stitches continuously in a spiral without closing off each round with a slip stitch. It may help to use a stitch marker in the first stitch of each round, moving it up as you work. Weave in starting tail after working a few rounds.
