REMEMBRANCE SOLDIER
BODY AND HEAD
Cast on 25 sts using 3.25mm needles and Yarn A.
Row 1 (RS) (Kfb) 25 times. [50 sts] Rows 2 to 22 Starting on a WS purl row work in st st.
Row 23 (K2tog) 25 times. [25 sts] Row 24 Purl. Break Yarn A and join Yarn B.
Row 25 K1, (kfb, K1) 12 times. [37 sts] Rows 26 to 42 Starting on a WS purl row work in st st.
Row 43 K1, (k2tog, K1) 12 times. [25 sts] Row 44 P1, (p2tog) 12 times. [13 sts] Break yarn and thread through rem sts. Pull tight to fasten.
ARMS (MAKE 2)
Cast on 10 sts using 3.25mm needles and Yarn A.
Rows 1 to 12 Starting on a RS knit row work in st st.
Row 13 (RS, cuff) Purl.
Row 14 Knit. Break Yarn A and join Yarn B.
Rows 15 to 20 Starting on a RS knit row work in st st. Break yarn and thread through rem sts. Pull tight to fasten.
FEET (MAKE 2)
Cast on 12 sts using 3.25mm needles and Yarn G.
Rows 1 to 8 Starting on a RS knit row work in st st.
Row 9 (K2tog) 6 times. [6 sts] Row 10 (P2tog) 3 times. [3 sts] Break yarn and thread through rem sts. Pull tight to fasten.
BELT
Cast on 42 sts using 3.25mm needles and Yarn A.
Row 1 (RS) Kfb, K40, kfb. [44 sts] Row 2 Kfb, K42, kfb. [46 sts] Row 3 Kfb, K44, kfb. [48 sts] Row 4 Kfb, P46, kfb. [50 sts] Row 5 Kfb, K48, kfb. [52 sts] Break Yarn A and join Yarn D.
Row 6 Purl.
Row 7 Knit.
Cast off purlwise.
HELMET
Cast on 40 sts using 3.25mm needles and Yarn A.
Rows 1 to 6 Starting on a RS knit row work in st st.
Row 7 (RS) (K2, k2tog) 10 times. [30 sts] Row 8 Purl.
Row 9 (K1, k2tog) 10 times. [20 sts] Row 10 Purl.
Row 11 (K2tog) 10 times. [10 sts]
Break yarn and thread through rem sts. Pull tight to fasten.
HELMET BRIM
Cast on 50 sts using 3.25mm needles and Yarn A held double.
Rows 1 to 4 Knit. Break off one strand of Yarn A. Knit 1 row, working into both loops of held double sts as one st.
Cast off.
HAIR
Cast on 24 sts using 3.25mm needles and Yarn C.
Row 1 (RS) Kfb, K22, kfb. [26 sts] Row 2 Kfb, K24, kfb. [28 sts] Row 3 Kfb, K26, kfb. [30 sts] Row 4 Kfb, K28, kfb. [32 sts] Cast off.
