Kathmandu updates its Heli franchise with Traceable Down

Australia and New Zealand’s number one outdoor brand has updated its Heli franchise of insulated jackets with the packable Heli R. Made almost entirely from recycled materials, it is also 25% lighter than the original whilst retaining the predecessor’s warmth. A key aspect of the Heli R’s warmth is the use of Traceable Down – meaning consumers can trace where their down came from in line with the Responsible Down Standard (RDS). Digital ID technology is also embedded into each jacket detailing its design and manufacturing process as well as repair information and resell recommendations. It’s available in men’s and women’s versions with hooded, longline and gilet options.
