This retro cardigan features textured stripes and an unusual construction

SASHA KAGAN

“I ALWAYS find stripes an interesting way to blend colours together; tiny pops of colour within a neutral colour palette bring life to a variety of backgrounds which most fashionistas will have in their wardrobes,” says designer Sasha Kagan. “Here, lime green and zinnia dance on a background of navy, pine and camel. The slipped rib texture further accentuates the repeating stripe sequence, and the unusual construction gives this ‘easy to knit’ jacket a timeless appeal. Rowan’s Felted Tweed makes for a light and bouncy fabric.”
