THIS CONTEMPORARY design from Sarah Hatton has a chevron pattern of lace eyelets on the upper section of the sleeves. Her sweater has raglan shaping and a wide neckline. Neat details include a ‘V’ lace motif worked below the front neckband; the rest of the garment is in stocking stitch. Sarah has knitted her sweater in The Croft DK, a pure Shetland Islands wool from West Yorkshire Spinners. This offers fantastic stitch definition, and comes in an appealing choice of 25 neutrals, brights and tweed-effect colourways.
