So, what’s your favourite recipe? Come on, you must have one: the dish you return to again and again. Perhaps it’s a family classic passed down to you through the generations; a surprise supper you rustled up once out of a can of tuna, a jar of homemade marmalade and a kilo of shiitake mushrooms, or something as simple as beans on toast – spiced up with a single secret ingredient.
