On the Somerset coast, close to Weston-super-Mare, Country View Holiday Park is just a five-minute walk from a vast, sandy, dog-friendly beach. Sand Bay beach is a long expanse of sand and shingle with a tea room and also a bus stop for easy access into nearby resort of Westonsuper-Mare.
This larger resort has all the usual seaside fare, including fish and chip shops, amusements and a pier with rides, cafés, a bar, restaurant and childhood Museum of Memories.
The Country View site has hardstanding and grass pitches with or without hook-up in an area bordered by fields and farmland.
Facilities include toilets, showers, a dishwashing area, a laundry, heated outdoor pool, games room, licensed bar and five-acre dog walk. Just 1½ miles from site is Weston Woods, a large woodland space with walking trails covering over 300 acres on Worlebury Hill above Weston town.

Impressive views to Bass Rock and over the Firth of Forth greet you at Tantallon. The site is located on the coast, close to the town of North Berwick and a footpath from site leads to the town’s East Beach. Bass Rock is a volcanic rock, over a mile offshore, and home to gannets.
North Berwick has a lively harbour, sandy beaches, boutique shopping and a range of places to eat. There are also several golf courses in the area. Edinburgh is only 30 minutes away by train from North Berwick station.
Tantallon has a range of pitches including ones with full services. There are toilets and showers, a launderette, a shop, a putting green and a motorhome waste point.
