MATERIALS

1 170.1 g ball each of Caron Simply Soft in Neon Pink (39775) A and Iris (39747) E; 1 170.1 g ball each of Caron Simply Soft Brites in Super Duper Yellow (B9612) B, Limelight (B9607) C and Blue Mint (B9608) D; 4 mm crochet hook, stitch-markers and yarn needle. TENSION

16 dc and 18 rows to 10 cm measured over pattern using 4 mm hook.

TO MAKE

1st rnd – With Colour 1, Ch 3, 2 tr in ring, [ch 2, 3 tr] 3 times in ring, ch 2, join with sl st to top of beg ch-3. Fasten off.

2nd rnd – Join Colour 2 with sl st to any ch-2 sp, ch 3, [2 tr, ch 2, 3 tr] in same sp as sl st, [ch 1, (3 tr, ch 2, 3 tr) in next ch-2 sp] 3 times, ch 1. Join with sl st to top of beg ch-3. Fasten off.

3rd rnd – Join Colour 3 with sl st to any ch-2 sp, ch 3, [2 tr, ch 2, 3 tr] in same sp as sl st, ch 1, 3 tr in next ch-1 sp, ch 1, [(3 tr, ch 2, 3 tr) in next ch-2 sp, ch 1, 3 tr in next ch-1 sp, ch 1] 3 times. Join with sl st to top of beg ch-3. Fasten off.

Sew sides of 6 Motifs tog to form a ring in this order – 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.

CROWN

Note: Join all rnds with sl st in first dc.
With right side facing, join E with sl st to any ch-2 sp at top edge of ring of motifs.
