In the third instalment of this sweet seasonal series, Florrie the mouse has her paws on the iron and is pressing her quilt blocks!

■ The unfinished block is 12½in square once trimmed down.

Notes

■ *Andrea uses the background fabric for borders and backing in the final quilt, as well as all four (4) blocks, if you wish to do the same you will need 1⅔yd in total.

■ Andrea does not use any fusible webbing or glue in her patterns as she finds that they can be difficult to use and make the quilt too thick. Instead, she just puts her pieces on top of the background with the stabiliser beneath the background and sews.
