Cities worldwide need intelligent mobility concepts in order to remain livable places for their inhabitants. topos 110 examines how to design urban and rural realms that come face to face with a new kind of mobility. What are the challenges and trends when it comes to urban mobility? What different types are available? How can cityscapes and landscapes be transformed so that they can accommodate both slow and fast traffic? How can walkable cities be created?
