“Aiden completed the CMD Arête to summit Ben Nevis. It was 1546m of ascent (all told) and 19.77km of circular route taking 11.5 hours, including a hideous bog, innumerable midges and that scary arête. Proud doesn’t cover it – this is BIG walking from still quite a small person.”
