Sadly we report this month on one of the true originals, Richard ‘Little Richard’ Penniman. A man who carried his spirituality, his sexuality and his colour before him as he ‘tore it up’ and spread the rock’n’roll message around the world. We offer a number of tributes, and are thankful that our depth of contributors allows personal reminiscences of the man himself, going as far back as the early days of rock’n.roll.
