There’s little to celebrate about the situation we find ourselves in, and the impact on live music, the lifeblood of the rock’n’roll community, has had and will continue to have a significant impact on us all, both financially and mentally as the ‘fix’ of the live music environment slips further into the distance. However we’ve taken the opportunity to fill our pages with more in-depth interviews and insights than space previously allowed, and this month’s interview with Sonny West is one such example. We also welcome new correspondent Ron Tennant with a retrospective on Jett Powers, one of many original rock’n’rollers who found fame after rebranding themselves for the pop market.
