Rear-ly, it’s down to the details for this Italian brand

RIMOR, part of the Trigano Group, has revealed its 2024 line-up. There are no new layouts, but some significant improvements have been made to its coachbuilts to iron out any problems and respond to customer feedback.

The manufacturer says the much-publicised delays in chassis deliveries that have hit the industry are now almost over. It believes Fiat deliveries are now back to normal (except for automatics), while Ford is continuing to deliver, although the facelifted Transit has just been revealed and will come with many optional features as standard, including the larger 12in infotainment screen and electronic handbrake. Chassis deliveries are still slightly lower than normal but are stable enough and of a high enough number for Rimor to plan production for this coming year, the majority – 60% – of which will be Horus campervans.

In this range, the rear lounge Horus 66 (a bestseller in the UK), benefits from a new washroom finish, making it more durable and functional. Other Horus layouts receive new height-adjustable automotive head restraints.

In the Transit-based Kilig range of five low-profiles and six overcabs, there are new washrooms in the Kilig 4, 5 and 9, as well as the 18 Plus. In the Kilig’s half-dinette, there’s a new table system which features a large single leg on floor runners, which allows the table to be moved fore and aft to improve comfort for those sat in the forward-facing bench sea
