EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW

From Gavin & Stacey and EastEnders to a stint on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, actor Larry Lamb has starred in some of our most iconic TV shows over the years. We asked him to answer Woman’s 10 burning questions.

1 What’s in your wallet?

My [London transport] pass for the Tube and buses. I’m a bit old-fashioned in that I can’t stop carrying cash. I’m gradually switching over to my card, realising the convenience of it but I still feel funny if I don’t have a few quid in my wallet. I always draw cash each week, to keep tabs on what I’m spending as much as anything else.

2 What’s your biggest pet peeve?

People who are inconsiderate on the roads. This morning, I was on my bike and a woman had stopped outside her school to let her kids out. 4 Who do you love most in the world?

My family. They’re pretty cool, my lot.

5 What do you always stock in your fridge?

Regular things like butter, eggs and milk. I always have bagels nearby, too – they’re a popular item with the Magic Breakfast group. I’m working with them on their Great Big Breakfast campaign, where we’re encouraging people to host a special breakfast to raise money for hungry school children. For me, a usual breakfast would be muesli and fruit and oat milk, so I always have them in stock, too.

6 What’s your weirdest food combination?

I like to have one vegetarian meal a day. I’ll often have rice and lentils but then I’ll open a can of sardines with it. The one thing I could never stand though, because my family were all addicted to them, was jellied eels.

7 How do you unwind?

I find great sol
