ROCKY HISTORY

Notoriously outspoken broadcaster Richard Madeley recently dubbed American comedian and actor Chris Rock, 58, as his ‘rudest’ celebrity run-in. And for once, Richard’s Good Morning Britain co-host, Susanna Reid, agreed with him. Discussing Chris (far left) and Will Smith’s now-infamous Oscar slap, Richard, 66, said, ‘I’m not defending what happened to him, it’s wrong, completely wrong. But in 50 years in this game, he is the rudest man I’ve ever had to interview, Chris Rock.’ And while she’s usually more reserved than her colleague, Susanna, 52, couldn’t help but agree, adding, ‘I have to say, it stands out in my memory. He was just consistently unbelievably rude. A thoroughly unpleasant piece of work.’

SHAKEN NOT STIRRED

While many of us dream of meeting James Bond, Gavin & Stacey star James Corden was left shaken and not stirred by Pierce Brosnan (inset). James isn’t best known for being polite himself, after a restaurateur recently accused him of being ill-mannered (James later apologised), but during a segment of ‘Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts’ on The Late Late Show back in 2017, James, 44, named former Bond star Pierce the ‘rudest’ celebrity he’d ever met when quizzed by Khloè Kardashian. James admitted, ‘Pierce Brosnan,’ before going on to claim that the actor, 69, pushed him during a gig. ‘I went to see U2... and Pierce Brosnan was with some friends, and they left halfway through the gig to go off... So me and my wife moved into this area... this arm went on here [his shoulder] and just pushed me out the way. And I looked at him like that, and he didn’t even glance at me.’ Khloè tried to defend Pierce, suggesting perhaps he’d had too much to drink, but James simply replied, ‘Maybe he’s just a bit f**king rude.’

SCARY SPICE SPEAKS HER MIND

Perhaps James shouldn’t be so quick to judge – according to Mel B, his manners aren’t all that shiny either. The 47-year-old proved she’s not afraid to speak her mind as she branded James Corden the ‘biggest d***head celebrity’. Mel said, ‘I think you always have to be nice to the people that you work with whether it be production, camera guys, sound, lighting – we all work for the same thing. So you should always be nice and he hasn’t been very nice.’ Your move, James…
