WHAT AWEEK! Here’s what the stars have been up to in the last seven days
She’s no stranger to controversy, regularly facing backlash for her racy outfits on Britain’s Got Talent, but for her saucy new show, Sex: A Bonkers History, Amanda Holden insists she’s left the more risque aspects to co-presenter Dan Jones. The five-part series explores sex and sexuality through the ages, but Amanda says, ‘I’ve kept my hands clean, Dan’s done all the dirty work, For anything that was a bit too risque, I’ve said, “Dan can do that!” Like working with pig semen, no thanks!’
So, what can we expect from Amanda? Well, the 52-year-old reveals what turns her on – and what doesn’t. ‘They hooked me up to a heart-rate monitor and I watched guys boxing, which couldn’t have been less of a turn-on,’ she reveals. ‘No spike in my heart rate.’ But when it comes to what does get her going, the star adds, ‘Now, if they’d have taken me to a designer clothes shop, my heart rate would go up. If you want to turn me on, it’s fashion and stuff like that – that’ll do it!’
As for what the show taught her, Amanda says, ‘I think the world is shutting down more than opening up. When you look back in history, there was a lot more freedom… obviously there was dodgier behaviour and not everything was politically correct, but people could essentially do what they wanted to do without being judged… sexuality was pretty fluid.’

BABY NO 2 FOR ADELE?
Adele hinted that she’s planning on expanding her brood with sports-agent partner Rich Paul, 41, during a sweet exchange with a pregnant fan. The singer, who shares son Angelo, 10, with ex-husband Simon Konecki, gushed, ‘I really want to be a mum again soon,’ while on stage in Las Vegas. Adele, 35, continued, ‘Every time I see a name I like, I write it down in my phone.’ The confession comes after the star was left in tears last month as she announced a couple’s gender reveal on stage, before asking the fans, ‘If and when I get pregnant, will you do my gender reveal?’ And this isn’t the first time that the songstress has spoken about having another child. In August 2022 she shared, ‘I definitely want more kids. I’m a homemaker and I’m a matriarch.’
