This pre-cooked breast would be perfect for a smaller gathering, serving four to six with ease. Wrapped in bacon, with a sweet panettone stuffing and orange glaze, the meat stays succulent and tender. It cooks in a fraction of the time of a whole bird, freeing up precious oven space, and the pan juices make an effortless sauce to serve alongside.
