Stacey Dooley
Novice dancer Stacey, 36, won viewers over with her quirky personality in 2018 – who could forget that Minions dance she did with partner Kevin Clifton? At 79, Angela is the oldest contestant to ever take part on Strictly. And what an incredible dancer she’s turned out to be. From that impressive high kick to sliding down into the splits, the presenter has been showing off moves those half her age would struggle to do.
Rose Ayling-Ellis
The first deaf contestant to take part in the show, EastEnders actor Rose was nothing short of inspiring last year. Speaking of her decision to join Strictly, Rose, 28, said, ‘I want to break down the stereotype that deaf people can’t dance and can’t enjoy music.’ Rose and her partner Giovanni Pernice, 33, went on to win the series.
Alesha Dixon
