Bridgerton’s Nicola Coughlan and It’s A Sin star Lydia West play best friends Maggie and Eddie in this six-part comedy. The girls have been pals for 10 years, but as they approach their 30s, their careers go in different directions and Maggie’s bipolar condition makes an unwelcome return. Will their friendship survive?

The Gentlemen Netflix

In this eight-part drama, a spin-off from Guy Ritchie’s 2020 film, Theo James stars as the son of an English aristocrat who finds himself doing battle with some unsavoury characters from the criminal underworld. Freddie Fox, Vinnie Jones and Joely Richardson also star.

Renegade Nell Disney+

There’s plenty of swashbuckling in this action-adventure series, which stars Derry Girls’ Louisa Harland as the quick-witted Nell who finds herself framed for a murder. Forced to go on the run, she becomes the most infamous highwaywoman in 18th-century England.

The Red King Alibi

This six-part thriller follows cop Grace Narayan (Anjli Mohindra), who comes across the unsolved case of a missing teenager. To get to the truth she faces some odd locals. Jill Halfpenny, Marc Warren and Adjoa Andoh also star.
