At 53, Good Morning Britain presenter Susanna Reid is looking more youthful than ever. While those eye-watering early starts – the star has admitted her alarm goes off at 3.40am – would leave most of us looking haggard, Susanna is glowing.

The star, who is mum to Sam, 22, Finn, 20, Jack, 19, has said, ‘The early starts are baked into the job. From the outside it looks like a bizarre, strange, unnatural time of the morning but for me it’s just work. For years Susanna stuck to her famous long, dark hair. Healthy lifestyle

But Susanna’s new hairstyle isn’t the only thing that her fans have picked up on recently. While most of us are still trying to shift unwanted excess Christmas weight, Susanna is looking super lean. ‘Someone has worked hard,’ one of her Instagram followers commented, while another added, ‘Lost so much weight.’ Another told her she is looking ‘very trim’.

The star has been very open about her weight struggles in the past, previously admitting that her anti-social working hours have made it difficult to maintain a healthy diet. ‘I have to admit, I’d been feeling a little heavy for a while,’ she confessed. ‘It can creep up without you noticing, and what I did was cut out snacking. I found waking up so early in the morning you’re in a sort of energy deficit. All your body can think is, “Have toast, have biscuits, have calories”, and you can
