JEN: ‘Make sure to sleep’

AGE 55

As she’s got older, Jennifer Aniston has ditched her hardcore workout routine as her daily 45-minute cardio sessions left her ‘burnt out’, with the star adding, ‘I broke my body.’ Instead, she now does Pvolve, a science-led method that combines low-impact functional fitness with resistance-based equipment. And to keep her face looking fresh, she revealed her biggest tips, sharing, ‘I would say do a scrub three times a week to really get your skin clean. Hydrate – obviously drink, drink, drink lots of water. And moisturise. And I’m going to throw a fourth one in and say sleep.’ Sounds good to us!

LIZ: ‘I eat organic fruit and veg’

She may be turning 60 next year, but you wouldn’t know it by looking at Elizabeth Hurley, who doesn’t appear to have aged at all. She has a body a 20-year-old would envy and the actor admits her figure is down to always being on the go. ‘I’m very active and run around all the time,’ she said. ‘I love Pilates and yoga. I don’t sit still for long.’ And she makes sure she’s nourishing her body with the right foods, which in turn leaves her looking fresh. ‘I eat pretty normally but... I have my own organic farm so I eat only my own meat and vegetables.’

AGE 47

Singer Shakira had fans commenting on how she’s ‘aged backwards’ when she recently posted bikini pictures of herself on the beach to her Instagram page. Her secret? A great skincare routine. The star, who works out six days a week, has said she likes using a vitamin C serum ‘because it stimulates collagen’, as well as keeping her skin even and bright.

She also wears SPF 100 every day and avoids alcohol and caffeine.
