Revealed!

When she’s not anchoring Loose Women, Christine Lampard, 43, is busy with family life at home with her football manager husband, Frank Lampard, 44, and their two children, Patricia, four and Freddie, one. And while the star says she cares less about her looks since having children, Woman’s Own thinks she looks amazing. So what’s her secret?

STEPPING UP SKINCARE

As an ambassador for Boots No7, it makes sense that Christine is clued up about her skincare, and it seems her daily regime is an important factor in achieving her ageless look.

‘It would have to be that it’s all in the skincare,’ Christine said when asked about her biggest beauty tip. ‘I’ve found that my make-up sits so much better when I’ve got a good base. It also allows me to go make-up free more often, which I love! Every evening I make sure I take my make-up off and cleanse and moisturise my skin; it’s ingrained in my daily routine now and it’s a lovely bit of me-time at the end of a long day.’

HANDY MAKE-UP HACKS

When it comes to boosting her natural beauty, Christine is a big fan of using make-up. Her top celebrity inspirations? The likes of Eva Mendez, Margot Robbie and Jennifer Aniston – as she says, ‘I’m all for the soft, glam make-up, natural looks.’ But her true beauty icon? Catherine, Princess of Wales. Christine explains, ‘She is just so timeless, isn’t she? I also think Zara Tindall is gorgeous, very natural – and I love her outdoorsy lifestyle.’

In her own make-up arsenal, there are a few products Christine swears by. She explains, ‘I use Chanel foundation, No7 Lash Extender Fiber Mascara and No7 Eyebrow Precision Pencil. I always like to have the go-to basics on me for any touch-ups throughout the day.’

BALANCED DIET

The star knows that beauty starts from within, so she makes sure she eats well. ‘I don’t necessarily go for any fad-type diets – every week it’s a different fad that’s in fashion,’ she says. ‘I very much enjoy my food, which is why I work out. It has to be everything in moderation. I never want to cut anything out too much.
