A typical day

I wake up at around 6.45am, drink a glass of water, feed my cat, check in with my social media accounts and hop on my Peloton spin bike. Then I’ll quickly get ready and head over to the Tube. I work in the dermatology department of a busy London hospital, so I grab a Greek yoghurt or piece of toast on the go. My day flies by with clinic appointments, inpatient ward rounds and meetings. Lunch is usually a salad or sandwich. I finish by 6pm and if I’m not meeting up with friends, I head home to work on my master’s in skin ageing or my social media projects. I don’t really make time for cooking, but luckily my partner enjoys it. I’m from Greece so I love to eat whole grilled sea bass with briam, a delicious vegetable dish. By 9pm, I’m ready to snuggle my cat and my man and then watch something fun, such as Call My Agent! or Ted Lasso. I always finish the day with my evening skincare routine and go to bed at around 11.30pm.

Main skincare concern

I’m in my late thirties and, having taken good care of my skin until now, my goal is to maintain its health and age well.

This is the holy grail of vitamin C serums; it’s formulated for maximum efficacy with vitamin E and ferulic acid. Together they help to reduce pigmentation, protect against UV damage and boost collagen. You’ll struggle to find a dermatologist who doesn’t rate this product.

02

VICHY MINÉRAL 89 HYALURONIC ACID BOOSTER SERUM, £30

This was a lifesaver for me when I was getting irritation from wearing masks all day. It contains thermal mineralising water that helps soothe and protect an irritated skin barrier, and has a great hydrating and plumping effect.

03

ALLIES OF SKIN PEPTIDES AND ANTIOXIDANTS FIRMING DAILY TREATMENT, £105

This is a moisturiser that works as a leaveon mask treatment. It includes seven skin brighteners, nine antioxidants and a repair complex, which supports your skin against environmental aggressors and boosts the production of elas
