Lately, everything from my food shop to my rent and bills have skyrocketed, and the pricey gym classes that used to fill my workout week have been put on ice. Instead, I’ve scaled my fitness routine back to just two things: yoga classes at a rammed budget studio that whiffs of feet and running along London’s canal paths.
