1 Pick your protein

If you eat meat, go for a lean, skinless protein such as chicken or turkey, to lower your SmartPoints. For those who prefer red meat, try to forgo any visible fat. And if you’re vegetarian, instead of a traditional nut roast, which can be high in saturated fat, try a grilled cauliflower or aubergine steak. 2 Do the mash
