Stay cosy and warm during the cold winter months with a selection of heated homeware…

LUXURY FLEECE HEATED BLANKET

£35

A good heated blanket during winter is a staple for staying cosy.

This warming blanket has three heat settings and is made from soft-touch fleece.

Our tester found the blanket easy to set up and use and it kept them toasty all evening.

While they only used this blanket while sitting on their sofa, it can also be used in your bed as it has elastic straps that wrap around the mattress. The fleece outer cover comes off for machine washing, making it very easy to clean and there is a safety feature to prevent overheating, meaning you can completely relax when using it.

LAKELAND HEATED PONCHO

BEST BUY

While this poncho doesn’t score points for style, it certainly does for cosiness!

The grey fleece material is soft on the inside and £89 outside, and buttons together easily at the front.

Essentially, this is a wearable heated blanket, which is practical and stays in place, unlike a blanket.

The remote is simple to use and controls the nine

temperature settings, with the lowest heat level as the default. Our tester found after just 20 minutes on a medium heat setting they were suitably warmed up.

Cleaning the poncho is a breeze as it’s machine washable – just disconnect the control unit first.

BEGLERI HEATED SOCKS

£49.99

These socks are ideal for keeping feet warm in the winter or during a ski trip.

Our tester tried some out on a cold winter walk and found them extremely effective in keeping the chill off their toes. They are fairly bulky, so are best paired with boots – the heated element will cover both the instep and sole.

The socks must be charged prior to use and can take around 12 hours on first use. At full charge, our tester found they stayed warm for around five hours. There are three heat settings but they found the highest setting was needed to really keep cosy. For the price, our tester felt they should have a longer battery life than they did.
