Birds and coffee? Usually that means you sipping from a mug while musing over your pairings. But our cover story is about a rare parrot which nests in the coffee-growing zone of the Andes. If the rusty-faced parrot (a stunner which deserves to be better known) is to survive, it may come down to co-operation from coffee-growers. We think they should picture the parrot on their jars!
