Exactly 100 years ago, eight men held a meeting to launch a Budgerigar Club. The rest is history – the history of what became by royal request the Budgerigar Society. In this special issue, we have a special history of the BS written by the Society historian. We also look to the future, via an in-depth interview with new BS chairman Harry Hockaday.
