Your tips are genius!
In the crack
I always forget about cleaning the gap between my kitchen counters and my oven – crumbs somehow get trapped in there. To lift the food out, I use a cotton bud to get in the cracks. Then, I suck up the rest with my Hoover.
Instant relief
I hate getting cold sores. But to ease the pain, I soak a cotton pad in hot, salted water, then apply to the cold sore for a few minutes at a time.
Fashionable fix
Belts are so annoying when they don’t reach the loops – they flap around and look awful, too. So, I create my own with a hairband.
Remember these are YOUR tips -we haven’t tried them ourselves.
Wilting blooms
To avoid your flowers from drooping, don’t place your vases near fresh fruit. It gives off a deadly gas, which makes them lose their petals.
Juicy produce
When growing tomatoes, sprinkle baking soda around the roots. This reduces the acidity, making them sweet.
Banish the bobbles
You can easily debobble your clothes by using the rough side of a sponge. Rub the bobble to loosen it from the material without causing any rips or damage.
Sweet solution
I always use honey on a bee sting to reduce pain and swelling. It works every time.
Cheesy freeze
Before grating feta cheese, pop it in the freezer. It will be easier to work with.
