Insiders say that Britney Spears has her heart set on going under the knife – but those closest to her are concerned about how far she’ll go…
She’s been sharingscantily-clad videos and sexy naked selfies on her social media for the past year or so – and now insiders say Britney Spears is hoping to look better than ever in them by going under the knife.
And a source tells Closer that the 41-year-old pop star – who has only ever admitted to having fillers and Botox in the past, despite previous speculation that she has undergone breast augmentation and a nose job – is considering a full body overhaul.
The source says, “Since turning 40, Britney has been thinking about taking the plunge and getting some surgery to boost her confidence. She’s dabbled before, but now she’s keen to follow in the footsteps of some of her Hollywood contemporaries and get some real work done. She loves expressing herself through her dancing videos as they make her feel great in herself, so she wants to look as good as possible for them.

Britney married model Sam Asghari, 29, in 2022, after five years together, at a lavish ceremony in her LA home. The wedding came a year after she successfully fought to be freed from the conservatorship she had been under since 2008, which granted her father Jamie, 70, control over her estate.
The true extent of the conservatorship was revealed during the 2021 court battle. In shocking revelations, Britney alleged that she was forced to remain on birth control, wasn’t allowed to buy herself a coffee and was routinely spied on.
Since regaining her freedom, she has been outspoken on social media and open about her plans to take charge of her life – including her appearance. “I was thinking about getting a boob job,” she recently revealed. “I lost seven pounds in the last six months and that’s a lot for me. I’m part of the ‘itty bitty titty committee’. They shrunk!” And pals now say surgery plans are part of her embracing her newfound freedom.
