REAL LIFE

Not one to shy away from making cash from unusual items, Rebekka Blue has found a lucrative way of keeping her home spick and span…

When Rebekka Blue neatly packages up a parcel of her latest sale, she smiles at the thought of providing an increasingly popular service for yet another happy customer. But the entrepreneur isn’t posting old clothes or homemade jewellery – she sells peculiar items that, for most people, would simply end up in the bin.

The 29-year-old makes an average of £2,000 a month by selling unusual commodities, such as her dirty bathwater, saliva and dust from her vacuum. In one particularly busy month, she managed to rake in a whopping £8,000.

She often deals with foot fetishes

Rebekka, says, “People might think it’s crazy, but I’m selling hope, joy and love to people in a safe environment. I’ve been doing this for 10 years, so it’s normal to me. I find it empowering to make money from things others throw away. My body is a gold mine, and everything I touch is worth money. I’m very proud of what I do.”

FETISH

When she was 18, Rebekka started working in adult entertainment, getting a job in a strip club and as a webcam model. Strange requests were common in the industry, and men would often pay for her used socks or underwear.

Some of Rebekka’s clients buy her clipped toenails

Over time, the requests turned to things related to her body, such as armpit hair and clipped toenails. Some put in orders for toilet scrubbers, while those with a foot fetish wanted her to crush food with her feet.

Rebekka says, “I’m not here to shame anyone, so I don’t judge what people want. People come to me because they feel confident enough to ask, and I’m happy to provide the service. I’m not hurting anyone.”

On average, Rebekka receives three to five orders a week from her clients, who are predominately older single men. The requests come from both one-off and repeat customers – some of whom have been loyal buyers for over a decade, and it’s these clients who provide her with a steady income.

She explains, “Building and nurturing relationships with clients is the most profitable, as it allows them to buy into the fantasy. Many want the girlfriend experience, so I use that as an opportunity to upsell items. I usually charge around £15 for a vacuum bag of dust, but by adding a personalised video, that can go up to £150.”

BULK-BUY

Rebekka has tried various methods of selling her items online, including social media and OnlyFans. However, as these platforms take a cut of the profit, she prefers it when people reach out to her directly via email.

She also asks clients to replenish her stocks of underwear when she’s running low, or refers them to a wish list of it
