The Square at of which you see at Evesham. Evesham Abbey, the remains century tithe barn built for property, a magnificent 13thLittleton, is another NT Street. Not far away, at Middle a gem, brightening Main neo-Gothic Bretforton Hall is roof of Old Fox Cottage, while foxes lope along the thatched side of The Square straw evil spirits. On the opposite chalked on the hearth deter Inn, where ‘witches’ marks to the National Trust’s Fleece Bretforton is home

1Start park to far end to footpath. Walk through station car Emerging into housing estate, keep straight on for a few metres then L between hedges to caravan site. Follow waymarks to junction by bridge.

Don’t cross bridge, instead walk to far end of this long field, then through another, to far R corner. Go through gap, bear L to enter another field and go diagonally L to railway crossing. Don’t cross it but walk past it to enter next field. Turn L by L edge, cross bridge, then straight across fields to Bretforton Road.

Take footpath almost opposite, to B4035 at Bretforton. Cross road, turn R, then L on School Lane to Main Street. Turn R along it to its end. Cross B4035 and go L. After Coldicotts Lane go diagonally across green. Take Station Road L, then Clayfield Road R. After 600m take path R. Go straight across fields then along track to lane. Take path opposite, leading to field. Trodden path goes straight across, but right of way goes L of it to small hedge gap. Continue in same direction in next field to gate in hedge L. Cross next field diagonally to gate then keep L in next field, soon changing to other side of hedge and proceeding to lane.
