Bunting? Check. Invites? Of course. Decorations? As if we’d forget. Like us, you probably don’t need a reason to craft, but luckily the impending coronation is a pretty good excuse! We’ve teamed up with our friends over at PaperCrafter magazine to bring you not one, not two, but 20 must-make projects to help you prepare for the royal celebrations. Cake, anyone?

Print out the invite template onto white card and cut out. Stamp flowers, bunting or balloons around the edges of the card with black ink. Scribble ink onto a glass mat or acrylic block, add a little water and paint the flowers. Add another layer of colour if needed and allow to dry.

Royal Rosettes

We used...

Your FREE Coronation papers Coloured cardstock Scoring tool Adhesives: PVA glue, tape

1 Cut two 7cm x 21cm strips of patterned paper and glue end to end. Score the strip at 1cm intervals. Concertina fold along the lines and crease well. Join the ends of the strips together to make a ring, then flatten down the centre to create a rosette. Flip over and secure on the back of the rosette with a piece of tape.

2 Turn the fan right side up. Apply strong PVA glue to the middle edges of the centre and weigh it down as the glue dries. Cut a 5cm wide disc of coloured cardstock and glue centrally. Adhere the rosette to a contrasting or matching 16cm cardstock circle. Decorate with your free toppers as desired.

STAR CROWN

1 Using the templates provided on the pattern pages, cut out the stars and triangle. Trace around the stars onto different coloured cardstock and cut out. With an embossing tool, score a straight line from each tip to the gap between the bottom two points. Continue like this around the star. From the centre of the star, fold each scored line as a mountain fold.

2 Once all folds are complete, fold each consecutive two tips towards each other so the shorter fold lines become valley folds. This will make it 3D. Fold each star the same way and set aside. Tape two A4 sheets of white cardstock together on the short sides using satin tape. Measure 4cm up on the long length and draw a line across in pencil. Position the centr
