Your infographic The lowdown on a zero-waste Christmas (Nov/Dec) was nicely timed. It is our responsibility, as individuals, to do something about our planet’s waste crisis. I have become increasingly aware of my own personal impact, especially since going vegan and embarking on minimalism, and I’ve found different ways to make changes to reduce my waste. I found your tips really helpful – for instance, there are a quite a few sets of broken fairy lights at the school I work in, so I am contacting recylenow.com.

Ingredient in-depth: mushrooms (Nov/Dec) was most enlightening. I often include mushrooms in meals, knowing they’re a source of fibre, protein and antioxidants, and can mitigate the risk of developing some health conditions.
