Frankie Bridge looks picture-perfect in our exclusive shoot, rocking a series of chic minimalist outfits that prove her effortless style is a world away from her time in The Saturdays, when coloured tights and peplum skirts formed the ensemble of choice.

“I always laugh that any fashion mistakes of mine are all over Google, whereas most people can hide theirs,” she says. Fashion faux pas aside, Frankie, at 34, has worked out what makes her feel good, telling HELLO!: “When I was younger, it was a case of the more makeup, the better. “Then I went through a stage where my skin was really bad, and I had to train myself to not wear make-up, to help repair it. The mum of two has always been open about her mental health, which makes her the perfect person to tackle the topic of finding moments of happiness even in tough times.

“What makes me happy has changed as I’ve got older. There were things that I used to think would make me happy, like achieving my next goal, but I’ve learnt that’s not true. It’s small things that make me happy now, such as laughing with my friends or having the time to watch Netflix in silence. I’ve got two kids and simple things are what lift my spirits.
