P rincess Beatrice took a walk on the wild side at the launch of BBC Earth Experience in London’s Earl’s Court.

Making a rare public appearance, Sir David Attenborough had earlier enjoyed a sneak peek at the immersive exhibition, which he narrates, while famous faces joining Beatrice at the new Daikin Centre for the launch party included Springwatch presenter Michaela Strachan, Dragons’ Den’s Deborah Meaden and JLS stars JB Gill and Oritsé Williams.

The Princess was accompanied by husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi and six-year-old stepson Christopher “Wolfie” Woolf to the exhibition. The royal showed her own green credentials by rewearing a much-loved navy dress from The Vampire’s Wife.

She was later overheard saying how much she had enjoyed the experience, a celebration of Sir David’s Seven Worlds, One Planet series that takes visitors on a journey through the natural world and the seven continents using multi-angle screens, interactive rooms and drone footage, with Sir David’s narration urging visitors to think about what they can do to protect the planet.

STEPS TO CONSERVATION

Beatrice wasn’t the only one having fun. There was a Strictly Come Dancing reunion on the green carpet when dancer Dianne Buswell and her partner Joe Sugg, who met when they competed together on the 2018 series, caught up with former champion Rose Ayling-Ellis and the show’s Katya Jones, Nancy Xu and Luba Mushtuk.

Giving the attraction a glowing review on social media, Luba
