Apple has slowly added the ability to personalise iOS in a variety of ways, but it would be fair to say that options are still limited when compared to other platforms. There is logic to this because any device should ideally be used to get things done and to help you get through the day with personalisation being a mere distraction to some. If, however, you want to work within an environment that feels more personal you should take a look at moloko which can theme your device in just a few seconds. Profiles are used to enable this, but the advantage is much less manual intervention to create a new look. This is the final move needed from Apple to make theming any iPhone as simple as can be and we hope to see it added in the future. moloko still manages to make the theming experience hugely positive.

1 Check your profiles
To see which profiles are installed on your iPhone go to Settings, pull down to reveal the search bar and then input ‘profile’. You can now view all installed profiles to start the removal process.
2 One by one
Now tap on any of the moloko-related profiles and then follow the process to remove it. Your passcode will be needed and it will then be removed instantly with no other effects noticeable.
3 The clean slate
Once all of the profiles are removed, the icons will disappear and you can continue to use your iPhone as before. moloko may grab you though and have you theming your device in many ways.
