How to make Mail rules on your Mac to deal with incoming emails automatically on your iPhone

The Mail inbox on the iPhone can become a disorganised mess if you allow all messages from all senders and all subjects to appear. The solution is to organise emails into folders, such as for specific senders or topics, like work or personal, family or friends.
