There is a great new photo tool in macOS Ventura that enables you to erase the background of a photo, leaving just the subject as a cut-out. It works across several applications, like Pages and Numbers, but here we show how to use it in Keynote.

Cutting out the subject using a photo editing app can be difficult and time consuming, but in Keynote you just click a button, and it is instantly done. You can customise, enhance and resize the cut-out, and these brilliant features enable you to make even better slides in your Keynote slideshow. Make sure you have the latest macOS and Keynote versions before you get started.
